How it Ships

Every product that ships out goes out in the minimum amount of packaging required to get the items to their destination safely and securely. No more, no less.

Materials

The Pela Case is made of Flaxstic®, which is comprised of compostable bioplastic elastomer and flax straw materials. Our material has been tested to be safe and free of phthalates, BPA, cadmium and lead and is verified to meet child safety standards in the U.S., Canada, Europe, Australia and New Zealand.

Our base material meets U.S. (ASTM D6400-04) and E.U. (EN 13432) standards for composting in an industrial composting facility and has a lower carbon footprint and lower greenhouse gas emissions than traditional plastic. It can also be left to compost in a home composting environment.

Our Case Design

Meticulously designed to protect your phone from drops and scratches as well as any traditional plastic case. Precision cuts around speakers, charger, volume and power buttons.

Carefully designed wrap around edges to protect the front of your phone. Smooth to the touch, flexible with no extra bulk.

I have a big head and these rock!
I didn't think that these could fit my head, but they do! They are my favorite sun glasses as they fit well, look great, and the build feels very solid. Highly recommend.

I don't like sunglasses, but I love these!
I'm notorious for having a face that "can't" wear sunglasses. They never fit or are uncomfortable or I just find some other flaw. Not with these! They are just the right weight, a great shape, and from Pela! Can't get any better than that. They block enough light which I find is hard to do and really help with my summer migraines. I'd highly recommend them.

Stylish and Sustainable
I wasn't sure how I would feel about the shape of these glasses but I have loved them since unboxing them. They come with a cloth sleeve to store them in which is very handy and helps keep them clean. I would 100% buy again if I ever need to. I also love how pela takes glasses back at their end of life! Highly recommend.
